Pakistan has nominated Donald Trump for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize, citing his role in de-escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. Trump himself has claimed he deserves the award for multiple peace efforts, including preventing a war between the two nuclear-armed nations. He also announced a peace treaty between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda.
