The NIA conducted searches across 15 locations in 8 states, investigating a CRPF personnel, Moti Ram Jat, accused of sharing classified information with Pakistani intelligence officers. Jat, now dismissed and in custody, allegedly leaked sensitive data since 2023 in exchange for funds.
Stock market today: Nifty50 and BSE Sensex, the Indian equity benchmark indices, opened in red on Monday. While Nifty50 went below 24,600, BSE Sensex tanked over 500 points.
