Goa's government is considering a 50% bus fare concession for women in private sector jobs to encourage employment. The Mhaji Bus Scheme relaunched with subsidies, grants for new buses, and insurance premium reimbursement. A real-time bus tracking app will be introduced, and private buses will receive government advertising support, aiming to modernize public transport and reduce private vehicle use.
