Many mid-sized global firms are setting up these GCCs. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune are popular locations. Experts predict over 120 new mid-market GCCs by 2026. These centres are expanding beyond just technology.
In contrast, the global outlook remains subdued amid rising trade tensions, policy uncertainty, and a decline in cross-border investments.
